Order, Payment, and Cancellation Policies Bringing Guests to Sessions If you would like to bring a guest to assist you at a session, please limit it to ONE additional person per order. This policy helps to ensure that each person who has placed an order will have the opportunity to assemble their dinners in an efficient manner. At the session, you and your guest will need to work together at each station. Also, if the additional person is a child, they must be ten years of age or older. Order Timing - Sunday at Midnight Orders must be received before Midnight of the Sunday before your session. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order within 24 hours. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us immediately. Payment Timing - Monday at Noon Payments must be received before Noon of the Monday before your session. If there is an issue with payment, please contact us. Order Cancellation Many of the ingredients we use are purchased specifically for your dinners. As a result, our cancellation policy varies based on timing. Cancellation Before Monday at Noon If you cancel an order before Monday at Noon, you will have the following options: 1) Reschedule to another session (no fee) 2) Have us assemble your dinners ($2 per dinner fee) 3) Receive store credit (no fee) 4) Receive a full refund (no fee) Cancellation After Monday at Noon If you cancel an order after Monday at Noon, you will have the following options: 1) Reschedule to another session the same week (no fee) 2) Have us assemble your dinners ($2 per dinner fee) Session Cancellation Occasionally, sessions are cancelled due to limited attendance or inclement winter weather. If this happens, we will notify you immediately to make alternate arrangements to prepare your dinners. If you prefer, you may sign up for a different session, or we will assemble your dinners to be picked up at your convenience for no additional charge.
