Guidelines for Scheduling a Session Decide on a Date/Time Select a date and time that is convenient for you and at least 7 of your friends (session must have 8 attendees; 18 maximum). Date and time cannot be the same as an existing Creative Dinners public session (see Calendar or Order Form for public session dates and times). Confirm Your Date/Time Request a date using this page, or call our Wexford or McMurray stores. Have everyone Sign Up by web, phone or fax. At least 8 orders must be received 10 days prior to the private session date. If 8 orders are not received 5 days prior to the private session date, the session may have to be cancelled or we may open it to the public. If the private session is cancelled, those who placed their order can elect to come to another open public session. Once 8 or more people have signed up, the order deadline for additional orders is extended to the Sunday prior to the private session date. Enjoy Your Private Session Creative Dinners & More will provide you and your guests with light snacks and non-alcoholic drinks You are welcome to bring additional food and/or drinks for the session. (We supply plastic cups, plates, napkins, and bottle openers.) Receive Your Discount You will get 5 FREE DINNERS! If you are unable to sign up at least 8 people for the private session and we still have the session, you will not be eligible for the free dinners, but will receive 2 referral punches on your dinner club card for every new customer.
