Albacore Tuna Bake

Recommended: MICROWAVE

Spray microwavable dish with cooking spray        

Empty tuna and penne bags into dish and mix well

Cook on HIGH for 10 minutes

Stir and lay snap peas on top

Cook on HIGH for an additional 5 minutes

Cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees for 15 sec

Apricot Chicken

Recommended: OVEN (350 degrees)

Spray baking dish with cooking spray

Place desired number of chicken pieces in dish

Sprinkle each piece of chicken with small amount of seasoning

Pour apricot mixture over chicken

Cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees for 15 sec (approx  25-30 min)

Apricot Glazed Pork Roast

Recommended: CROCKPOT    

Spray crockpot with cooking spray      

Empty pork into crockpot        

Cook on LOW for 6-8 hrs (or HIGH 4-5 hrs)

Cook to internal temperature of 145 degrees for 15 sec

Artichoke and Crab Dip

Recommended: OVEN (350 degrees)

Dip:

Spray casserole dish with cooking spray

Spread evenly in dish

Bake 25 min or until bubbly and golden brown on edges

Flatbread:

Spray baking sheet with cooking spray

Cut flatbread into small triangles

Bake 15-20 min until golden brown, turning occasionally

Asparagus Brie Wraps

** DO NOT THAW **

Recommended: OVEN (425 degrees)

Spray baking sheet with cooking spray

Place FROZEN tortillas on sheet

Bake 10-12 min until heated through and golden brown

Let cool slightly and cut into pieces (4-6 per shell)

Baked Cod Fillets

Recommended: OVEN (450 degrees)    

Spray baking dish with cooking spray

Spray aluminum foil with cooking spray

Remove cod fillets from bag and pat dry                                 

Place fillets on wax paper and coat both sides with yogurt mixture

Empty bread crumb mixture into a bowl & dredge each fillet  

Place in baking dish or on aluminum foil & bake for 20 min or until fish flakes easily with fork                                             

Alternate: GRILL  

Heat grill on med high heat

Spray crockpot with cooking spray

Place pork chops into crockpot       

Pour sauce over pork chops            

Cook on LOW for 6-8 hrs (or HIGH 3-5 hours)                       

Cook to internal temperature of 145 degrees for 15 sec                             

Alternate: OVEN (350 degrees)

Bake (covered) for 30 min

Turn chops, return to oven

Basil Mustard Grilled Chicken

Recommended: GRILL/BROIL                     

Spray surface with cooking spray

Grill or broil chicken on med heat to internal temperature of 165 degrees (for 15 sec)

(approx 20-30 min)

Baste with extra packet of marinade         

All grills and oven times may vary-set timer for lesser time and check for doneness

Basil Shrimp Penne

Recommended: OVEN (350 degrees)    

Spray baking dish with cooking spray        

Empty shrimp, tomato and penne bags into dish and mix well

Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until heated through  

Beef Barley Soup

Recommended: STOVETOP    

Empty soup mixture and barley bag into stockpot

Add 10 c. of water

Bring to boil (med heat)

Once boiling, lower heat and simmer for 50 min

Add vegetables to soup 10-20 min. prior to serving

Beef Kabobs

Recommended: BROIL OR GRILL                     

Alternate meat and vegetables on a skewer or place in shallow grill-proof pan

Place extra marinade in small saucepan and bring to boil

Brush marinade over meat and vegetables

Broil or grill to internal temperature of 155 degrees (for 15 seconds)  (approx 20 min)

Beef Stroganoff

Recommended: STOVETOP    

Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in large skillet      

Place beef mixture in skillet and cook on med heat for 5-10 min

Cook to internal temperature of 145 degrees for 15 sec

Stir in sour cream mixture

Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly

Beef Tenders w/ Blue Cheese Crust

Preheat grill or broiler to medium

Spray cooking spray on foil and place beef tenders on foil

Grill steak over medium heat to internal temperature of 155 degrees for 15 sec (approx 25-35 min)

Let stand for 5-10 min

Set broiler to medium

Place crumb mix and blue cheese on top of steak and place under the broiler for 2-3 min until bubbly

Cut against the grain of the meat

Cut small hole in balsamic snack bag and drizzle balsamic glaze over each piece

Bread Pudding (Cannot be split)

Recommended: OVEN (350 degrees)

Spray baking dish with cooking spray

Break bread into 1 inch pieces and place in dish

Pour LARGE freezer bag mixture and raisin bag over bread and stir slightly

Place in oven and bake 30 min

After 30 min, cover baking dish with aluminum foil

Bake another 25 min

VANILLA SAUCE

Place quart bag mixture in small saucepan over low-med heat, stirring constantly for 10-12 min until thickened

Remove from heat and add 2 tsp of vanilla and stir

Serve warm over bread pudding

Calico Bean Bake

Recommended: OVEN (350 degrees)

Spray baking dish with cooking spray   

Add contents of bag to dish                 

Bake for 45 min or until heated thru    

Alternate: CROCKPOT

Spray crockpot with cooking spray

Add contents of bag to crockpot

Cook on LOW for 2-3 hours or on HIGH for 1-2 hours

Cashew Pork

Recommended: STOVETOP    

Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in large skillet

Place pork in skillet and cook to internal temperature of 145 degrees  for 15 sec (approx 5-7 min)

Remove pork from skillet and keep warm

Empty sauce bag in skillet and cook until thickened and bubbly (approx 5-7 min)

Add pork and snap peas and cook on low until heated through (approx 5-7 min)

Stir in cashews before serving

Cheddar Chicken Rollups

Oven 400 degrees

Spray baking dish with cooling spray

Place desired number of chicken pieces in dish

Cover and bake to internal temperature of 165 for 15 sec.(Approx 25-30 min)

Cut cooking rope from each piece before serving

Oven 350 degrees

Spray baking dish with cooking spray

Empty chicken mixture & penne into dish and mix well

Cover and bake for 30-45 min or until heated through

Chicken Barbeque

Recommended: Crockpot

Spray crockpot with cooking spray

Empty contents of bag into crockpot and cook(high 2-3 hrs. or low 5-6 hrs.)

Chicken can be shredded and served with rolls

Alternate:Oven 350 degrees

Empty entire content into baking dish

Cover and bake for 30-40 minutes

Chicken Barley Chili

Recommended: STOVETOP

Empty tomato mixture and barley into stockpot and add 3 cups of water

Cover, bring to a boil (Approx. 15 min)

Reduce heat & simmer covered 20 min. stirring occasionally

Add chicken, corn & beans, increase heat to medium, cover and return to a boil(Approx 7-8 min)

Reduce heat and simmer an additional 5 min. or until barley is tender

(optional) - may add cheddar cheese and sour cream

Chicken Broccoli Braid

** DO NOT THAW **

Recommended: OVEN (425 degrees)

Place covered tin in oven and bake for 30 min

Remove cover and bake an additional 15-20 min or until heated through

Let stand 15 min before slicing

Chicken Cacciatore

Recommended: CROCKPOT       

Spray crockpot with cooking spray

Empty chicken mixture into crockpot

Cook on LOW for 4-6 hrs (on HIGH 2-3 hrs)

Cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees for 15 sec

Chicken Cordon Bleu

Recommended: STOVETOP    

Melt 4 Tbsp. butter in large skillet      

Place chicken in skillet and cook until browned on both sides

Add sauce mixture, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer

Cook to internal temperature of 165o for 15 sec (approx. 30 min)

Remove cooking rope prior to serving

For thicker sauce, add a little flour and sour cream

Chicken Enchiladas

Recommended: OVEN  (350 degrees)    

Spray baking dish with cooking spray        

Place desired number of chicken enchiladas in baking dish (seam side down)

Place salsa on each enchilada, and sprinkle with cheese

Cook 20-25 minutes or until heated through

Alternate: GRILL

Heat grill to med heat                  

Spray individual pieces of alum foil w/cooking spray

Place one enchilada on  each piece of alum foil, close foil, place on grill

Cook 5-7 min & turn over         

Continue cooking, turning occasionally until heated through (approx 10 min)

Carefully open foil & place salsa and cheese on top the last 5 min of cooking

Chicken Kabobs

Recommended: GRILL/BROIL

Spray aluminum foil with cooking spray

Place skewers on aluminum foil and cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees for 15 sec (approx  15-25 min)

To baste chicken while grilling, reserve marinade and bring to boil in saucepan

Chicken Marsala

Recommended: STOVETOP

Coat each piece of chicken with flour, shake off excess

Melt 1 Tbsp. butter and 2 Tbsp olive oil in large skillet

Place chicken in skillet & brown on both sides (approx 3-5 min)

Remove chicken from skillet, set aside, and keep warm

Add sauce mixture to skillet and bring to boil

Once boiling, add chicken, reduce heat, cover and simmer

Cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees for 15 sec (approx 30 min)

Chicken Mirabella

Recommended: OVEN (350 degrees) 

Spray baking dish with cooking spray        

Empty chicken into dish

Empty wine into dish

Sprinkle brown sugar on top of each piece of chicken

Cover and bake to internal temperature of 165 degrees for 15 sec (approx. 30 min)

Chicken Paprika

Recommended: STOVETOP    

Empty onion mixture into skillet & sauté on med heat (approx 7-8 min)

Add chicken pieces and cook for 15 min, stirring occasionally

Add chicken broth mixture

Cover, lower heat, and simmer until tender

Cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees for 15 sec (approx 30 min)

Add sour cream and 1 Tbsp flour to chicken and mix well

Cover and simmer for 5 minutes

Chicken Parmesan

Recommended: OVEN (350 degrees)    

Place tin (covered) in oven       

Cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees for 15 sec (approx. 40-50 min)

Chicken Piccata

Recommended: STOVETOP    

Melt 3 Tbsp butter in large skillet (over med heat)

Coat each piece of chicken with flour, shake off excess

Place chicken in skillet & brown on both sides (approx 3-5 min)

Add wine mixture and cook on medium to low heat turning chicken occassionally

Cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees for 15 sec (approx. 15 min)

Chicken Pot Pies

Recommended: OVEN  (425 degrees)

Place desired number of pies on cookie sheet

Place slit in center of each pie

Bake 40-50 minutes or until pie is golden brown

Let sit 15 minutes before serving

Spray jelly roll pan with cooking spray

Place wings on pan and bake for 40-45 min, turning frequently                

For crispier wings bake an additional 30-45 minutes turning frequently 

Fajita-Style Chicken Wraps

Recommended: STOVETOP    

Spray skillet with cooking spray

Empty contents of chicken bag in skillet

Cook chicken to internal temperature of 165 degrees for 15 sec (approx. 10-15 min)

Add onions and peppers, cover and simmer for 10 min

Remove fajitas from bag and place on a paper towel

Warm tortillas in the microwave until soft

Spray skillet with cooking spray

Add FROZEN green bean mixture to skillet

Saute over med heat for 7-8 min or until desired tenderness

Grilled Barbeque Chicken

Recommended: GRILL/BROIL            

Heat broiler or grill to med heat and spray with cooking spray

Place chicken on grill

Place marinade in a saucepan and bring to a boil

Reduce heat and simmer 8 min

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper (optional)

Grill 5-6 min on each side

Baste chicken with marinade, turning and basting

Herb Crusted Tilapia

Recommended: GRILL / BROIL    

Spray aluminum foil with cooking spray

Place tilapia on aluminum foil and place on broiler pan or grill

Sprinkle pepper/parmesan cheese mix on top of each piece

Broil or grill  to internal temperature of 145 degrees for 15 sec (approx. 6-10 min)

All grill and oven times vary – set timer for lesser time and check for doneness

Homemade Chicken Soup

Empty soup mixture into stockpot

Add 12 c. of water

Bring to boil (med heat)

Once boiling, lower heat and simmer until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165(for 15 sec)(Approx. 1 hour)

Remove chicken breasts from soup

Cut chicken pieces from bone

Cover soup and bring to a boil

Add the chicken pieces to the soup mixture

Add noodles to the soup, lower heat and cook noodles al dente (Approx 10 min)

Grill or broil chicken over med heat on both sides for 10 min

Brush with honey mixture and continue grilling to internal temperature of 165 degrees for 15 sec (approx. 10-15 min)

Honey Sesame Chicken

Recommended: GRILL / BROIL    

Pour honey sauce in a bowl and reserve 1/3 cup for basting

Dip chicken in remaining sauce removing excess, discard sauce after dipping chicken                    

Grill or broil chicken over med heat on both sides for 5 min.

Add sesame seeds to reserved 1/3 cup of sauce and mix

Brush with sesame/honey sauce and continue grilling or broiling to internal temperature of 165 degrees for 15 sec. (Approx. 10-15 min)

Hot Salmon Dip(Cannot be split)

Recommended: OVEN  (375 degrees)             

Spray 9 inch pie dish with cooking spray

Spread dip evenly in dish

Bake 20-25 min or until bubbly

Italian Wedding Soup

Recommended: STOVETOP    

Empty soup mixture into stockpot, add 12 c. of water and bring to a boil

Once boiling, lower heat and simmer until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165 degrees for 15 sec (approx 1 hour)

Remove chicken breasts from soup and cut chicken pieces from the bone

Add the chicken pieces and meatballs to the soup cover and return soup to a boil

Once boiling add pastini to the soup, reduce heat and simmer until pastini is cooked al dente(Approx 10-15 min)

Lasagna (6 Servings Only)

Recommended: OVEN  (375 degress)

Place covered tin in oven

Bake 30 minutes covered

Bake 30 minutes uncovered until cheese is bubbling

Lemon Herb Chicken

Recommended: GRILL/BROIL                     

Spray surface with cooking spray

Grill or broil chicken on med heat to internal temperature of 165 degrees for 15 sec

(approx 20-30 min)

Baste with extra packet of marinade

Maple Chipotle Pork Chops

Recommended: GRILL/BROIL  

Spray aluminum foil with cooking spray

Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chop and place on aluminum foil on grill

Grill or broil pork chops for 5 min on each side (med heat)

Baste with marinade turning occasionally and basting often

Grill to internal temperature of 155 degrees for 15 sec (for an additional 15-20 min)

Place additional marinade in saucepan and bring to boil

Use as a dipping sauce for the pork chops

Alternate: Oven 350 degrees

Marinated Eye of Round Roast

Recommended: CROCKPOT    

Spray crockpot with cooking spray      

Empty roast into crockpot        

Cook on LOW for 6-8 hrs (or HIGH 3-4 hrs)

Cook to internal temperature of 145 degrees for 15 sec

Add 3 Tbsp. flour to thicken sauce, if desired

Marinated Steak

Recommended: GRILL/BROIL                    

Place steak on aluminum foil on grill or broiler pan

Grill or broil steak over med heat to internal temperature of 155 degrees for 15 sec

(approx 20-30 min)          

Using extra bag of marinade baste occasionally

Let stand 10 minutes before cutting

New England Clam Chowder

Recommended: STOVETOP   

Spray soup pot with cooking spray        

Empty soup mixture into pot & add 2 1/2 cups of water       

Cover & bring to boil (Approximately 10 Minutes)

Reduce heat, simmer 15 min. 

Add half & half mixture, stir until slightly thickened                              

Increase heat, add clams & bacon, cover & bring to boil

Reduce heat and cook until heated through   

Alternate: CROCKPOT

Spray crockpot with cooking spray

Empty soup mixture in crockpot, add 2 1/2 c. water, cover and cook on low 5-6 hrs. or high 2-3 hrs.

30 minutes before serving, and half & half mixture, clams and bacon and stir on high until thickened and heated through.

Parmesan Zucchini & Noodles

** DO NOT THAW **

Recommended: STOVETOP

Bring a sauce pan of water to boil, add pasta and

cook al dente (Approx 10 min)

Rinse, drain and keep warm

In skillet, heat margarine/garlic with zucchini and

saute (Approx 4-5 min)

Add pasta and stir

Add parmesan and spices and mix thoroughly

Pecan Stuffed Pork Chops

Recommended: OVEN (350 degrees)    

Salt and pepper both sides of each pork chop(Optional)

Add 1 Tbsp. olive oil to skillet(Optional)

Brown chops 2 minutes on each side(Optional)

Spray baking dish with cooking spray and place pork chops in dish

Pour sauce mixture over pork chops

Cook to internal temperature of 155 degrees for 15 sec (approx. 30-40 min), basting occasionally

Alternate: Crockpot

Salt & Pepper both sides of each pork chop

Add 1 Tbsp. olive oil to skillet

Brown chops 2 min. on each side

Spray crockpot with cooking spray & place chops in crockpot

Pour sauce over chops

Cook on high (2-3 hrs) or low (5-6 hrs)

Penne Shrimp Alfredo

Recommended: OVEN (350 degrees)

Empty mushroom mixture into skillet and sauté on med heat (3-4 mins)       

Spray baking dish with cooking spray        

Combine mushroom mixture, shrimp, and penne in baking dish

Sprinkle with cheese and cover

Bake for approximately 30-45 min or until bubby

Pepper Steak

Recommended: STOVETOP    

Add 1 Tbsp. olive oil to skillet

Add steak and cook to internal temperature of 155 degrees for 15 sec (approx. 5-7 min)  

Add tomato mixture and bring to a boil (7-10 min)                       

Lower heat, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes

Alternate: CROCKPOT

Spray crockpot with cooking spray

Place steak and tomato mixture in crockpot

Cook on low for 4-6 hrs (on HIGH for 3-4 hrs)

Pesto Chicken

Recommended: OVEN  (350 degrees)    

Spray baking dish with cooking spray

Place chicken in dish and add sauce

Cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees  for 15 sec (approx  45-60 min)

Remove cooking rope prior to serving

Pesto Salmon and Rice

Recommended: STOVETOP    

In med skillet over med heat, sauté onions mixture until tender(3-4 min)

Stir in rice mixture and bring to boil

Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 15 min, stirring once

Cut salmon into 1 inch pieces

Without stirring rice, place salmon & pesto mixture on top of rice

Cover & continue cooking 25 min turning salmon over occasionally

Cook salmon to internal temperature of 145 degrees  for 3 min

Rice should be tender and salmon should easily flake with fork

Pork and Beef Barbeque

Recommended: CROCKPOT          

Spray crockpot with cooking spray                           

Empty beef mixture into crockpot        

Cook on LOW for 6-8 hrs (or HIGH 2-4 hours)                               

Break into small pieces with fork            

Add water, if needed                              

Alternate: OVEN (350 degrees)

Spray roaster pan with cooking spray

Place beef mixture in pan

Bake for 2-4 hours

Break into small pieces with fork

Pork Tenderloin

Recommended: GRILL/BROIL                    

Place pork on aluminum foil on grill

Grill tenderloins over med heat to internal temperature of 155 degrees for 15 sec (approx 30 min)

Place pork in dish and pour sauce over pork

Raspberry Almond Tarts (Cannot be split)

Recommended: OVEN (350 degrees if thawed; 375 degrees if frozen)

Spray baking sheet with cooking spray

Place desired number of tarts on baking sheet

If THAWED, bake 20 min or until bubbly and heated through

If FROZEN, bake 25 min or until bubbly and heated through

Rice Pilaf

Recommended: STOVETOP    

Add all ingredients to pot over medium heat

Bring to boil

Simmer for 8 min or until liquid has been absorbed

Salmon Cakes

Recommended: STOVETOP    

Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in large skillet      

Cook crab cakes 4-5 min on each side, until golden

Drain on paper towels

Salmon Quiche

Recommended: OVEN (350 degrees)  

Spray quiche dish or pie plate with cooking spray

Roll pie crust in baking dish and crease edges

Break up or cut salmon into small bite size pieces and spread evenly over crust

Spread Swiss cheese over salmon

Pour contents of egg mixture over salmon

Bake 40-50 minutes until lightly browned on top and knife comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the quiche

Salmon with Bourbon Glaze

Recommended: GRILL / BROIL

Spray aluminum foil with cooking spray

Place salmon on aluminum foil and pour remaining sauce over salmon

Broil or grill  to internal temperature of 145 degrees for 15 sec (approx. 12-15 min) turning once during cooking

Spray baking sheet with cooking spray

Place chicken on baking sheet and sprinkle with sesame seeds

Shredded Potato Bake

Recommended: OVEN (350 degrees)

Place potatoes in dish

Add cheese mixture over potatoes

Heat 2 Tbsp. olive oil in large skillet

Empty onion mixture into skillet and sauté for 5 minutes

Stir in tomato mixture and bring to boil

Simmer 20 minutes

Stir in Shrimp and simmer for another 10 minutes

Shrimp Primavera

Recommended: STOVETOP    

Empty onion mixture into large skillet and saute until tender (approx. 3-5 min)

Add sauce mixture and bring to boil (med heat)

Once boiling, lower heat and cook for 12 min (uncovered)

Add shrimp and tomato mixture and lower to simmer for 10 min (covered)

Steak Fajitas

Recommended: STOVETOP    

Add 1 Tbsp olive oil and meat to skillet (med heat)

Cook steak to internal temperature of 155 degrees for 15 sec (approx. 3-5 min)

Add onion/pepper mixture to skillet and heat through

Remove tortillas from bag and place on a paper towel

Warm tortillas in the microwave until soft

Stromboli

Recommended: OVEN "DO NOT THAW" (350 degrees - if fresh  400 degrees - if frozen)            

Place covered tin in oven

Bake 20 min, covered

Remove cover and bake another 20-25 min uncovered, until golden brown

Let cool for 15-20 min before cutting

Cut down middle and slice

Stuffed Shells

Recommended: OVEN (350 degrees)    

Spray baking dish with cooking spray        

Place covered tin in oven

Bake for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly and heated through

Summer Griller Salmon

Recommended: BROIL OR GRILL                     

Spray aluminum foil with cooking spray

Place salmon on foil and place on broiler pan or grill

Sprinkle each piece with spice mixture

To baste salmon while grilling, reserve marinade and bring to boil in saucepan 

Broil or grill to internal temperature of 145 degrees (for 15 seconds)

Approximate cooking time 12-15 minutes or until flaky     

Sweet & Sour Meatballs

Recommended: CROCKPOT   

Spray crockpot with cooking spray     

Empty meatballs in crockpot    

Cook on LOW for 4-6 hrs (or HIGH for 2-3 hrs)      

Sweet and Sour Pork

Recommended: STOVETOP    

Melt 1 Tbsp olive oil in large skillet over med heat

Place pork in skillet and cook to internal temperature of 145o(for 15 sec) (approx. 5-7 min)

Add contents of liquid bag and cook until thickened

Stir in green pepper mixture and simmer 6-8 min
